I am a blockchain product leader and angel investor. Currently, I am Co-Founder of Based, pioneering a new blockchain-enabled market structure, and Chairman of Cairn’s Point, a full-stack legal and technology consultancy specialising in MiCA compliance.
Membrane Finance & Paxos
In 2022, I co-founded Membrane Finance. As Head of Product & Growth, I built the infrastructure for a compliant, programmatic euro stablecoin (EUROe). We successfully navigated the European e-money regulatory landscape to secure an EMI license, early compliance with MiCA, and deployed natively across seven blockchains. This culminated in a successful acquisition by Paxos around year-end 2024.
Previous Experience
- Tracer DAO: Head of Product. Led product strategy for a decentralised derivatives protocol on Arbitrum. Merged with Mycelium in 2022.
- Tesseract: Head of Growth. Scaled one of Europe’s largest institutional crypto credit platforms, helping secure Finland’s largest Series A in 2021.
- Nordmine Technologies: Built and operated the largest non-Bitcoin cryptocurrency mining facility in the Nordics.

I actively invest and advise in ambitious companies. I focus on technical architecture, smart contract design, and navigating complex regulatory environments like MiCA.
